1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8k8app2 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided through the 8k8app2 website and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By accessing the 8k8app2 platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, wager, or engage with any content — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of 8k8app2 services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete throughout the period of your use of the platform.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on 8k8app2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or any variation thereof — is strictly prohibited. 8k8app2 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8app2 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which is strongly recommended for all 8k8app2 accounts;

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

8k8app2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 8k8app2 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 8k8app2 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be funded from payment methods that are registered in your own name. 8k8app2 does not accept deposits funded by third parties. Depositing funds from an account or wallet that does not belong to you is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with 8k8app2's anti-money laundering policy. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Verified accounts using GCash typically receive withdrawals in under 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.

8k8app2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

4.3 Currency

The primary currency of the 8k8app2 platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where deposits are made in other currencies or via cryptocurrency, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. 8k8app2 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

8k8app2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered 8k8app2 account holders only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• 8k8app2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or fraudulently claim bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or software-assisted play — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.

5.2 Free Spins & Cashback

Where free spins or cashback offers are awarded, any winnings derived from free spins will be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable, as stated in the applicable promotion. Cashback offers are calculated on net losses over the stated qualifying period and are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on 8k8app2 are governed by the individual game rules published within the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or market before participating. 8k8app2 does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game or bet, 8k8app2 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the player's account. 6.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 8k8app2 and are displayed within each game interface. 8k8app2 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time. Where a bet is placed in excess of the published maximum, 8k8app2 may adjust the stake to the applicable maximum and return the excess to the player's wallet.

6.3 RNG Certification

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k8app2 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 8k8app2

8k8app2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player has breached these Terms; fraud or money laundering is suspected; a chargeback has been filed; KYC documentation has not been provided; or regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so. Where possible, 8k8app2 will provide reasonable prior notice of account closure unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 8k8app2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion applications and processed accordingly.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 8k8app2 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8app2, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

8k8app2's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8app2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k8app2 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific outcome will result from any game or bet. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8app2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of 8k8app2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k8app2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

12 Responsible Gaming
